Full Day Toddler Program: 5 Days (M-F)

Preschool Program: 5 Days (M-F), 3 Days (MWF),  2 Days (TTh)

Kindergarten Program: School Day (M-F)/ Full Day (M-F)

* Tuition for children who transition to a higher ratio group will go into effect on the first day of the following month.

Application Process

Services are provided for children 2 months old through Kindergarten age. Priority for enrollment will be given to UCR student, staff & faculty families.

An application fee of $25 is required and non-refundable when submitting an application. An application fee is NOT required for UCR Students. Early Childhood Services cannot accept cash or credit card payments for service. After receiving the application fee, if your child cannot be admitted to ECS, his/her name will be placed on the Waiting List and you will be assigned an application number. If you have mailed this application, you will be called with that information.

You will be notified when there is an opening available. All applications must be updated once each year (by June) in order for your application to remain on the waitlist.

Age ranges are approximate. Children will be placed in the appropriate program based on age, development level, and ECS's operational consideration.

Registration Process

At the time a space is accepted, the parent will be asked to pick up a registration packet and schedule an intake interview. At that time, a non-refundable yearly registration fee of $50 will be assessed.

Late Charge

A late charge of $1 per minute is billed for any child care service provided after the contracted hours.
